Hi! I'm Ankith Ratakonda.

I'm a product designer who designs, builds, and ships. My work runs end-to-end: user research, design systems, high-fidelity prototypes, and production code. I build full-stack AI products from zero, owning everything from the first discovery interview to the deployed codebase.

My design process comes from Georgia Tech's School of Industrial Design and is grounded in needfinding and design thinking. I begin every project with a deep dive into real user challenges, followed by an exploration of unconventional ideas that might seem impossible at first. Innovative solutions often emerge from the constraints that withstand this process.

AI has redefined the scope of what a single designer can deliver. I leverage tools like Claude Code and Cursor not just for speed, but to bridge the gap between concept and execution. When the designer is also the developer, ideas are carried through without anything getting lost in translation.
